2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg , beaten
2 cups white flour , maida
1/2 teaspoon salt
water , for mixing

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the 4 tablespoons of flour and ghee until well combined.
2.In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, egg and a pinch of salt.
3.In another bowl, mix together maida flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
4.Add the ghee-flour mixture to the maida flour and knead well to form a smooth dough. Add water as needed.
5.Divide the dough into equal sized balls and roll them out into circles. Brush with ghee and fold one side over the other repeatedly until layered and thin.
6.Place on a hot non-stick skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
