500 -600 g flour ( all purpose )
6 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
500 ml milk

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, sift the flour.
2.Beat the eggs into a separate bowl, then add to the flour.
3.Gradually add the milk while continuously whisking. If it's too thick, add some water to thin the mixture.
4.Add the vanilla and mix well.
5.Set aside for 30 minutes.
6.Heat a crepe pan or non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
7.Grease the pan with oil or butter.
8.Pour a ladleful of the mixture into the pan and quickly tilt to spread evenly.
9.Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook for another minute.
10.Repeat with the remaining mixture.
