1 lb sea scallops
1 lb large shrimp , peeled and deveined
2 dozen oysters
6 large vol-au-vent cases

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

5.Add the scallops, shrimp and oysters, and cook, stirring frequently, until the seafoods are cooked through for about 5 to 7 minutes.
6.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Place the vol-au-vent cases on a baking sheet.
7.Spoon the seafood mixture into the cases.
8.Bake for 5-7 minutes or until pastry is heated through.
