Instructions

1.Place avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, and salt into the container of a Vitamix® blender in the order listed and secure the lid in place.
2.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
3.Blend for 15-20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
4.Stop machine and stir guacamole if needed.
