Ingredients

Dry Rub :

Sauce :
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Virginia Barbecued Spareribs are a classic southern dish usually cooked with a combination of spices and a tangy vinegar sauce. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2.In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dry rub.
3.Rub the mixture all over the spareribs.
4.Place the ribs on a baking sheet, bone-side down.
5.Bake the ribs for 1 hour or until they are tender.
6.In another bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce.
7.Remove the ribs from the oven and generously brush them with the sauce.
8.Increase the oven temperature to 375°F.
9.Bake the ribs for another 15-20 minutes or until they are caramelized.
