Ingredients

1 kg fresh spinach
2 large potatoes
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 beaten egg
50 g butter

Instructions

1.Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it roughly. Peel and dice the potatoes into small chunks.

3.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and add the chopped spinach. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the spinach has wilted and released its water. Squeeze out the excess water and add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Mix everything well.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and the beaten egg. Pour this mixture into the skillet over the spinach and potatoes. Cook everything for 3-4 minutes or until the egg mixture has set.
5.Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and then add salt and black pepper according to taste. Cook everything for 3-4 more minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden in color.
