Ingredients

2 cups green peas ( defrosted or fresh , as available )
2 medium potatoes
2 medium tomatoes
3/4 cup panir , grated
2 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder
3/4 teaspoon red chili powder
2 medium onions
1 small onion
5 garlic cloves , mashed
1/2 inch piece ginger , mashed
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons olive pomace oil
1 green chili
1 1/2 teaspoons salt ( to taste )
3 tablespoons coriander leaves , finely chopped

Instructions

8.Add grated paneer and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
9.Turn off the heat and serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
