1 kg pork bone
1 kg pork leg ( no bones )
200 g vietnamese mushrooms
1 onion
1 carrot
1 white radish
dried shallot
spring onion

5 garlic cloves

Instructions

1.Blanch the pork bone and leg, remove from pan and set aside. Do not discard the broth.

4.Sautee the garlic and dried shallots in a pot until fragrant.
5.Add the pork bone and leg to the pot, along with the sliced vegetables, salt, sugar, and fish sauce. Stir well.
6.Add the rice noodles to the pot and top off with water and/or the reserved broth.
7.Cook until the noodles become transparent and the vegetables are soft.
8.Top with spring onion and cilantro and serve hot.
