48 inches flour tortillas
6 lettuce leaves
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the grated lemon peel, lemon juice, 4 tablespoons sugar, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, water, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes to create a marinade.
2.Pour half of the marinade over the flank steak and let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
