1/2 - 3/4 cup mung bean noodles , soaked in warm water
1/2 cup mince chicken
1 cup broccoli or 1 cup spinach , chopped ( use any vegetables you like )
2 stalks scallions , chopped
1 tablespoon fish sauce

Instructions

1.Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Add fish sauce and black pepper- stir well.
2.Add soaked mung bean noodles, minced chicken, and scallions. Mix thoroughly.

4.Pour the mixture into a heatproof container and add boiling water until it reaches half the depth of the dish. Cover and steam for 12-15 minutes on medium heat until cooked.
