Instructions

3.Flip the pancake over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining batter.
4.Serve the pancakes hot with your choice of filling, such as shrimp, pork, beansprouts, lettuce, and herbs, and a side of dipping sauce.
