2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups hot brewed french roast coffee ( I always use decaf )
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the hot brewed coffee and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

3.After 30 minutes, use a fork to scrape the mixture, breaking it into small ice crystals. Repeat every 30 minutes until the mixture is completely frozen and has the consistency of a granita.
4.Pour sweetened condensed milk over the granita, and serve immediately in chilled glasses.
