Instructions

6.While the patties are cooking, mix together the chopped garlic, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of water, and 2 teaspoons of shredded carrots in a small bowl.
7.Serve the chicken eggroll patties hot, with the dipping sauce on the side.
