1 lb ground beef , 80 % lean
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic , minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 ciabatta rolls
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves , chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves , chopped

Instructions
