4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon rock sugar ( pounded to a powder ) or 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 egg whites , beaten until frothy
1 tablespoon rice powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons lard or 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

6.Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess oil before serving.
