Instructions

1.In a pot, heat up 1 cup of water until boiling.
2.Add 1 tablespoon of agar powder and 1/8 teaspoon of salt to the pot, stirring well until the agar powder is dissolved.
3.Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the pot and stir until well combined.
4.Pour mixture into a mold and let it set for 30 minutes.
5.In another pot, heat up 1/2 cup of water until boiling.
6.Add 1 tablespoon of agar powder to the pot and stir well until agar powder is dissolved.
7.Add 12 ounces of canned coconut milk to the pot along with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
8.Stir well and let it heat up to boiling, then pour the mixture on top of the first layer of jello.
9.Arrange diced mango and lychee on top of the second layer of jello.
10.Pour the reserved lychee syrup on top of the fruits.
11.Let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
12.Slice and serve chilled.
