3 -5 cloves garlic , minced and divided
2 tablespoons olive oil , divided
6 plum tomatoes , sliced

6 tablespoons coarsely chopped basil
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup provolone cheese
1/2 1/2 cup parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup asiago cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut the Italian bread into 1/2-inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
