5 medium zucchini , sliced 1/4 inch thick lengthwise ( or yellow squash )
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated fontina
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.

5.Top with the remaining zucchini and pour the remaining cream mixture over it.
6.Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and dot with unsalted butter.
7.Bake the dish for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
