Ingredients

Fajita Seasoning :
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 pounds venison , cut into 2 inch strips
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium red bell pepper , cut into 2 inch strips
1 medium yellow bell pepper , cut into 2 inch strips
1 medium onion , cut into 1/2-inch wedges
12 fajita size flour tortillas , warmed

Instructions

1.In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the fajita seasoning.
2.Rub the seasoning over the venison strips and let them rest for around 10 minutes.
3.In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, warm 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the venison and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned and thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
4.In the same pan, warm the remaining oil then add in onion, bell peppers, and the remaining seasoning. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until the onion is translucent and the peppers are half cooked.
5.Add back the cooked venison strips to the pan with the onion and peppers and cook for another minute, stirring to combine.
6.To serve, divide the venison mixture among the warmed tortillas and serve with your favorite toppings.
