2 cans black beans , drained and rinsed
2 -4 garlic cloves , finely chopped
2 bell peppers , chopped
3 cups Baby Spinach
1 carrot , sliced and chopped

1/4 - 1/2 cup cilantro , depending on your taste . can substitute with basil
2 tablespoons olive oil , separate 1 1/2 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon paprika
sea salt and pepper

Instructions
