1 cup onion , chopped
4 cups cooked brown rice
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 head cabbage , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

3.Layer chopped cabbage on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour half of the rice mixture on top.
4.Layer the remaining cabbage on top of the rice mixture and then cover with the remaining rice mixture.
5.Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until heated through.
6.Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the top.
