1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion , chopped
3 -4 cloves garlic , minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon grated black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pinch cayenne
olive oil or vegetable oil ( for frying )
