Ingredients

1 can vegetarian refried beans ( pinto or black refried beans will work )
1 package taco seasoning ( add to taste , I usually only use about half )
corn tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese ( cheddar , pepperjack , queso are all good )
2 avocados
1 large garlic clove , crushed
1 roma tomato , seeded and chopped
1 lime , juice of
1 box Mexican rice ( spanish will also work )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.Sprinkle taco seasoning to taste over the beans.

6.Pour the avocado mixture over the chips and spread it out evenly.
7.Cover it up with shredded cheese.
8.Bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese has melted and is slightly golden in color.
