Instructions

7.Heat tortillas in the microwave or on the stovetop until warm and pliable.
8.Divide rice and black beans evenly among the tortillas.
9.Top each with tofu cubes, jicama-pineapple mixture, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Roll burritos tightly and serve.
