Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease an 11x13 inch pan.
2.Mix 2 cans of vegetarian chicken substitute (or FriChik), 3/4 of a can of green enchilada sauce, 1/2 can of diced green chilies, and 1/2 packet of taco seasoning together in a bowl.
3.Fill the tortillas with the mixture and place them in the greased pan.
4.Pour 2 cans of green enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and top with shredded cheese.
5.Cover the pan with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
6.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
