55 g unsalted butter
2 onions , chopped
225 g cooked savoy cabbage , sliced
225 g mashed potatoes

Instructions

1.Heat the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

4.Add the mashed potatoes to the pan and mix well with the cabbage and onions.

6.Turn the bubble and squeak over in the pan and cook for a further 5-6 minutes until the other side is crispy and browned.
7.Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite sauce or gravy.
