1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
1 package Mexican vegetarian ground meat substitute
2 cups lettuce , shredded
1 1/2 cups tomatoes , chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese or 1 1/2 cups soy cheese , shredded
1 cup salsa ( your favorite )
3/4 cup sour cream ( optional )
2 avocados ( optional )
6 taco shells or 6 tostado shells

Instructions

4.Warm the taco shells or tostado shells in the oven or microwave according to package instructions.
5.To assemble the tacos, start by filling each shell with a spoonful of the bean and meat mixture. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, followed by a layer of chopped tomatoes. Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese, a dollop of salsa, and a dollop of sour cream if desired. Finally, add a few slices of avocado on top if desired.
