2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 -2 jalapeno pepper ( seeded and chopped fine )
1/4 cup cooked black beans
1 portobello mushroom ( chopped )
1/2 onion ( chopped )
1/3 cup olive ( chopped )
2 vegetarian chicken breasts
1/4 cup corn kernel
1/2 cup cilantro ( chopped )
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( optional )
1 lime ( quartered )
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup pre-shredded cheddar cheese
2 celery ribs ( chopped ) ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
