2 cups cooked sushi rice
prepared wasabi
24 snow pea pods , steamed
1 red bell pepper , cut into 16 strips
1 avocado , peeled and cut into 8 wedges

Instructions

1.Take one sheet of Nori and place it shiny side down.
2.Wet your hands with water and take a small handful of sushi rice and spread it over 1/3 of the nori sheet in a thin layer.

4.Place 3 steamed snow pea pods, 2 strips of red bell pepper, and 1 wedge of avocado on top of the rice.
5.Roll the nori sheet tightly into a cone shape, starting at the bottom left corner and rolling toward the center.
6.Use a wet finger to seal the edge of the nori cone.
7.Serve immediately and enjoy!
