1/3 cup riesling wine ( I prefer liebfraumilch )
1 extra-large egg yolk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 lb sliced turkey ( I use double that )
2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

3.Remove bay leaf from the soup. Puree in a blender or food processor to your desired texture.
4.In a small bowl, whisk egg yolk and sour cream together.
5.Gradually whisk in 1 cup of the hot soup, then gradually stir the egg mixture into the soup.
6.Add the turkey and heat through.
7.Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8.Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
