Ingredients

2 extra firm cubed tofu

4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 can tomatoes
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat olive oil and add cumin seed, coriander powder, and paprika. When it becomes fragrant, add garlic and leek. Sauté it till it becomes tender.
2.Add tomatoes, tomato paste, kale, fennel seed, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients get combined.
3.Let it cook for 5-10 minutes and add cubed tofu. Cook until tofu gets golden.
4.Serve hot with a side of rice or naan bread.
