3 tablespoons fresh parsley , minced ( or 1 tbls . dried parsley flakes-or use other fresh or dried herbs of choice such as oregano , sage , e )
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1 1/2 cups vegetable stock ( more or less )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the gluten flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and black pepper.
2.In another bowl, mix the sauerkraut with the vegetable stock and then add it to the gluten flour mixture.
3.Knead the mixture for at least 5 minutes until the dough is firm and elastic.
4.Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape each part into a sausage.
5.Wrap each sausage in aluminum foil and steam for 45 minutes.
6.Remove the vegan weiners from the steamer and unwrap them from the foil.
7.Heat up a skillet over medium-high heat and add some oil.
8.Pan-fry the weiners for about 5 minutes, turning them frequently until they are browned on all sides. They're now ready to serve.
