1 package of vegetarian chorizo sausage ( I use Soyrizo )
1 can black beans , drained ( or pinto beans )
1/2 cup all-purpose flour ( or oat flour )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
1/2 cup green onion , chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped ( or parsley )
oil ( for frying , or non-stick spray )
avocado , slices ( or guacamole )
tomatoes , slices
lettuce
6 whole wheat hamburger buns
barbecue sauce ( or salsa )
6 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 -2 teaspoon jalapeno pepper , chopped finely ( if you do n't want the heat , use bell pepper or leave out )
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro , chopped ( or parsley )

Instructions
