6 teaspoons oil

Instructions

4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of oil to the skillet.
5.Ladle a scoop of the batter into the skillet and spread it out using the back of a spoon.
6.Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
7.Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the skillet for each pancake.
