Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless veal shoulder
3 1/2 cups water , cold
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup water , very hot
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon msg
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon savory
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

3.In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir continuously for 2 minutes.
4.Add 1/2 cup of very hot water to the pan with the flour mixture. Stir until smooth and then add it to the pot with the veal and green beans.
5.Add the sugar, remaining salt, msg, vinegar, minced fresh parsley, savory, and pepper. Stir well and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
