Ingredients

4 cups water
2 whole cardamom pods
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
8 whole cloves
4 black tea , teabags
1 cup milk
1/3 teaspoon vanilla
clover honey
1 pinch salt ( optional )
Vanilla & Honey Chai Tea is a sweet and warming tea that is often consumed in eastern countries like India and Pakistan. Instructions

1.In a medium saucepan, bring water, cardamom pods, ginger and cloves to boil
2.Add teabags and let simmer for 5 minutes
3.Add milk, vanilla and honey and bring to a simmer
4.Stir and let simmer for 2-5 minutes more
5.Strain mixture into serving cups and serve hot
