Ingredients

Dry Rub :
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper

1 pound pork butt roast with bone

4 cups beef stock

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 bag coleslaw mix
BBQ Sauce :
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic , minced
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
5 tablespoons cider vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste
8 Kaiser rolls , split

Instructions

11.Toast the Kaiser rolls, then assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous amount of pulled pork, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce on each roll.
