8 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup hot milk
1 egg yolk

Instructions

1.In a large pot, boil chicken breasts in 6 cups of water for 40 minutes or until cooked.

4.Add chicken pieces to the pan and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
5.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, hot milk, egg yolk, and melted butter until it forms a firm dough.
7.On a floured surface, roll out the dough thinly and cut into small squares.
8.Add a small spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each dough square and pinch the edges to seal.
9.Boil water in a pot and add Uszka z Miesem parcels, cook for 10-15 minutes.
