Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed saltine crackers, and 1 tablespoon of the asian-style dressing and mix well.

3.Add the beef stock and remaining 1 tablespoon of asian-style dressing to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

5.Fill the hole with the beef mixture, then close the rice around the filling.
