2 teaspoons sugar substitute
1/4 cup fine chopped dried apricot
The Upside-Down Apricot Pecan Danish is a scrumptious treat that is perfect for a breakfast or brunch occasion. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated French bread dough into a rectangle.
4.Spread 4 tablespoons of low-fat margarine over the dough.
5.Sprinkle the sugar substitute and apricots over the margarine.
6.Roll the dough tightly and pinch ends to seal.
7.Cut the dough into 9 pieces (about 1 inch each).
8.Melt 1 tablespoon of low-fat margarine in a round cake pan and sprinkle with the pecan mixture.
9.Place the dough pieces into the cake pan (over the pecan mixture) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
10.Once finished, let it cool and remove it inverted onto a plate.
