Ingredients

1 lb beef tenderloin steak

vegetable oil cooking spray

1/2 lb mushroom , cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/3 cup coarsely chopped onion
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 -2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup ready-to-serve beef broth
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
Beef stroganoff is a classic Russian dish, named after a wealthy family that popularized the recipe during the 19th century. Instructions

1.Cook farfalle pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil until softened. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables, stirring constantly until combined.
5.Gradually add beef broth to the skillet, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
6.Stir in cooked beef strips and sliced green onion, cook for an additional minute.
7.Remove the skillet from heat, stir in low-fat sour cream.
8.Serve beef stroganoff over cooked farfalle pasta.
