Ingredients

1 cup Fontina cheese ( I like Monterey Jack Cheese ) or 1 cup monterey jack pepper cheese ( I like Monterey Jack Cheese )
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 eggs
1 cup milk
olive oil , to taste

Instructions
