Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.
3.Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle.
5.Cut the dough into four equal pieces, and spoon ¼ of the cheese and spinach mixture onto half of each piece.
6.Fold the dough over the cheese mixture and press the edges together to seal.
7.Place the calzones onto a lightly oiled baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
8.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the calzones are golden brown.
