2 lbs green plums
3/4 lb rock sugar
2 quarts sake ( or soju )

Instructions

1.Wash and dry the green plums and prick each one several times with a toothpick.
2.Place the plums in a large glass jar and top with rock sugar.
3.Pour in the sake (or soju) and stir well.
4.Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months, stirring occasionally.
