2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 packages cream cheese , at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg , separated

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2.Unroll one can of crescent rolls and place it in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing the seams together to seal them.
3.In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crescent roll dough.
4.Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place them over the cream cheese mixture, pressing the edges together to seal them.
5.Beat the egg white until frothy and brush it over the top. Then sprinkle the top with sugar.
6.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool and serve.
