Ingredients

1/2 cup matzo meal
2 large eggs

1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

6.Remove the rolls from the oil and set on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

8.Add the tomato sauce, water, and lemon juice to the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
9.Once the sauce is simmering, add the fish rolls to the sauce and let cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
