Ingredients

2 garlic cloves ( finely minced )
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small cucumber
1 teaspoon salt
600 g thick plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons dried mint

Instructions

3.In another bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.

5.Let the tzatziki sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together before serving.
