Ingredients

1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 whole eggs ( Beaten )
7/8 cup feta cheese
0.5 package phyllo dough ( Approx . 8 sheets )
3 1/2 ounces olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley , chopped
1 pinch pepper ( To taste )

Instructions

6.Place the tyropites onto the lined baking sheet and brush with additional olive oil.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
