1 orange , juice of
2 limes , juice of

2 1/4 lbs skirt steaks or 2 1/4 lbs flank steaks , fat trimmed
2 small ripe Hass avocadoes
1 lemon , juice of
1 jalapeno , seeded and finely chopped
1/4 red onions or 1/4 yellow onion , finely chopped
1 garlic clove , minced

2 green bell peppers , thinly sliced
2 large onions , thinly sliced

12 flour tortillas , warmed

Instructions

1.Blend the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chipotle chiles, cumin, cilantro and salt in a food processor until smooth.
2.Place the steaks in a large zip-top bag and pour in the blended marinade. Seal and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
3.Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade, pat it dry and season with salt to taste.
4.Grill for about 4 minutes per side until cooked to desired degree.
5.Rest the cooked beef for 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
