1 -2 serrano pepper , seeded and minced
1/2 lime , juice of
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 3/4 cups water

Instructions

1.In a colander, rinse the rice thoroughly and let drain.

4.Add the rice, lime juice, chili powder, oregano, cilantro, salt, and water to the skillet and stir to combine.

8.Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
